Changing of Hosts! / Domain Name

Recently I have been looking for a new site hoster. As you know we have used Freewebs in the past, and I have nothing wrong with Freewebs, they are great... but cant we get more?

So I was looking around, and I fond this: http://www.asmallorange.com/

For about the same cost as freewebs we get even more!!! Hoorah!

So yeah... Its not that hard to choose Scratch head

So now for the URL, we need a domain! so vote, and post if you have ideas!

Hmmmm....Wow...there are so many new changes for Eon, & so fast too!
Especially, after not posting anything in the past month! U_U
Anyways, I really don't care which hoster we use. I suggest choosing the more reliable, easier-to-use, more-optioned, fancier one, but, either way, they all look pretty good(& are free....~__^).

P.S. Idea

I chose the .us one since it gives our site that more unique-ness to it, and the main staff is mostly full of Americans. Whatever is chosen is fine by me---let;s just have a fitting & logical reasoning, though. Smile

Well we are no longer going to be freely made. (Nor were we before...) However it is easy to tell we are going to use http://www.asmallorange.com/

Ummmmm...so freewebs was not "free?" And back to the topic----Buster, are ya gonna pay for the "Professional" $90 deal, or somethin'? Please inform us more on your plans with this whole new host thingy.

Well not really, I payed for their upgrade...

However I will be paying for ASO's "small" account, for the time being.

That's awesome how we're getting our own domain. But wouldn't you have to keep paying to upkeep the bandwidth and stuff?
Plus, none of the names really appeal to me. I like(d) "Eononline", but it's already taken. Personally, I think "Eononlineworld" is just too long, overwhelming, and stupid. The domain idea is awesome, but the domain name is... not, imo.

I pretty much agree xlxXF as well---but have much more reasoning behind my thoughts.

i dont kno if you have decided yet or not buster -
i have gone thru www.funpic.org for most of my hosting needs
and for FREE - they offer quite a lot (just a pop up add on the main site index in return) and they have paid services avail too Wink

abd if you want a FREE domain transfer - www.smartdots.com
(both darkFX and NPX are thru them Wink

)

I thank you very much for this all, however we have swiched from fully free (Kinda...), so there is no need, but thank you very much!

We have decided that the domain will now be a ".com"!
