Got a 360

NFS Carbon is really fun. Like Most Wanted but now SO many more game modes, and now you can have side kick cars who will do your bidding. Oh and one of the new game modes is drifting.

Lost Planet is good, a nice change from the typical shooters.

MMmm... tasty. Wait, is it at the Nazi Vegan house, or your dad's?

Currently it is being stored at my Mum's house but only for this week, then it's going to my Dad's house so I can get more violent games like Gears of War.

I want a 360...
But it has only 8GB of hard drive, while the ps3 has up to 60 (?).
Are the 8GB really enough?

Dunno where you get your info from. The version with the harddrive has somewhere around 30GB and the newer black 360 will hold somewhere around 120GB. Also, games for the 360 take up much less room then the PS3. I have data for around seven or eight games on my 360 and it has taken up all of about .5-1 GB. So yes, 8GB is more then enough. Unless you purchase a new game everyday there is a small likely hood that you will take up all of the room on your 360.

The main difference is the 360 doesn't necessarily have a hard drive with it (if you buy one used at Gamestop they buy the hard drive seperate of the system) This is bringing challenges to developers (Rockstar is a great example with GTA IV as the 360 isn't guaranteed to have a hard drive where the ps3 is, so they have to reall limit gameplay and graphics heavily, YAY GTA 3 styled graphics on a 360). I see a previous poster mentioned get a ps3, I can't deny this is a good suggestion because for a little more (its scary up front but think long run not immediate gratification) but you get a high end DVD player (which is great) a system which has a very promising future as it is 4 times more powerful than a 360, the disc media holds nearly 5 times as much (50 gig compared to 8gig), and has a hard drive (GTA IV is nearing a 25+ gig game on the disc, imaging that cut down to a third of that).

So all in all the 360 does edge out the xbox, but look at the whole picture, do a bit more re search and really think what you might be playing in a year more. I wish I had I sold my 360 after a year and a few months realizing the games were the same type as on the xbox which I'm now selling, finally parting with my Steel Battalion (only reason I ever bought one).
